There’s plenty of potential here, but the attention to detail seems to be missing when it comes to comfort and convenience.

The hotel is beautiful, it’s renovated and the marble lobby just screams class. Also, the staff really went out of their way for us, like when they surprised us with complimentary champagne for our anniversary!

Mookie and Tamecia's exceptional service truly stood out when my car broke down. they supported me for four hours, showing genuine care. The grilled Teppanyaki fish at dinner was a delicious highlight, adding to the overall experience.

Just a proper fit for a brief pause in Syracuse with fantastic value for money. The room had a huge wooden door with modern locking systems. Make sure to explore the lobby. it’s a real treat.
