I really enjoyed my stay, especially the cozy King Room and the tasty food at Shaughnessy's Irish Pub attached to the hotel. There were nice relaxation options like the spa and a great lounge area to unwind. Just a small hiccup with some late-night noise, but overall, I had a fantastic time. definitely check it out! 😊

missingWrote a review on 17 Novimpressive architecturesolid selectiongood ambianceinconvenient lighting
The architecture of the building impresses, especially with its historical details like antique doors. The Eleven Waters restaurant offers a solid selection of dishes with a notable ambiance, making it a good spot for hanging out or meetings.
Check-in can feel slow, especially if you expect mobile check-in to actually be functional—get ready to wait. The room lacked adequate lighting, making it tricky to get ready, and the shower head positioning left much to be desired, often resulting in an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the phone system didn’t work properly, which is a real hassle when you're trying to get a meal ordered. There’s plenty of potential here, but the attention to detail seems to be missing when it comes to comfort and convenience.

Couples looking for a unique stay
The hotel is beautiful, it’s renovated and the marble lobby just screams class. Also, the staff really went out of their way for us, like when they surprised us with complimentary champagne for our anniversary!
It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what you get, it’s acceptable.

The central location made it easy to explore everything on foot. The King Room with City View was spacious and beautifully appointed. Mookie and Tamecia's exceptional service truly stood out when my car broke down. they supported me for four hours, showing genuine care. The hotel features beautiful public spaces that have been meticulously restored, making the stay visually delightful. However, the access to some areas was less than ideal, particularly the M Club and the confusion around parking options. Improvement on clear communication about facilities and additional costs would enhance the overall guest experience.

Charming Ambiance with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed the stunning architecture and cozy atmosphere during my one-night stay. The staff's cheerfulness stood out, but they need some refinement. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant took much longer than expected. A great tip, consider an alternative for morning meals if you're in a hurry.
